CHIPS AND MOLE
At our restaurant, we like to greet our customers with a bowl of chips, drenched with our signature coloradito mole. It is always a delight watching our customers faces filled with gratitude and excitement as they dig into that first mole bite.
We highly encourage you do the same when welcoming guests into your home. A mole dip with chips is always a winner
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 bag of Guelaguetza’s Mole Coloradito starter
7oz tomato sauce
1.5 cups broth (your favorite)
1/2 tbsp Oaxacan Chocolate or Brown Sugar
Salt
Queso Fresco
DIRECTIONS:
Mix entire jar of mole paste with tomato sauce in a large saucepan. Stir and simmer under medium heat until paste is fully dissolved.
Add Broth and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and season with Oaxacan chocolate (or brown sugar) and salt.
Serve over crispy tortilla chips and top with queso fresco
