Shipping policy

Shipping

Once you place your Guelaguetza order, please allow our shipping team 1 - 3 business days to get your order processed, wonderfully packaged and into the hands of the shipping carrier. 

Once processed, ground shipping averages 2 - 6 business days.

If your order does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@ilovemole.com so we can make sure that your package successfully arrives.

Shipping is calculated based on weight and destination.  Note our shipping department is in Los Angeles, CA 

Our shipping partners are UPS and USPS 

Special Delivery Instructions: 

any special instructions should be addressed in the note section during check out 

Shipping to PO boxes and military APO/FPO addresses

We do ship to Military APO/FPO addresses. 

All orders being shipped to a PO box will be sent via USPS.

International Orders:

We ship internationally via USPS and UPS.  Once processed, international shipments averages 4- 12 business days.

Expedited Shipping:

For 2-Day Expedited Shipping, please allow one additional day for processing time. Note that orders are processed and shipped M-F 9am-4pm PST. 

Tracking your shipment:

Upon shipment, customers will receive an email confirmation containing the tracking link. 

Wholesale Orders:

Orders made through our wholesale department are shipped via UPS
